About Percworks		Growing up, my hobbies and interests always revolved around computers, photography and technology and I feel so blessed to be able to share my work and interests with others. I also love to cook, listen to music and enjoy taking walks with my wife and daughters.

Personal Computerworks, Inc., was founded in 2003 by Robin Abello as a small technology company serving the greater Columbia, MD, home and small-business community.
My Approach to Service

		Our Commitment To provide the best personal service and value to our clients. To be a good neighbor and partner in the greater Columbia community. To show that it is possible to meet the technology needs of our clients in a manner that is patient, understanding and educational with a courteous, honest and professional approach. To never deny anyone our services because of cost. Our desire is to help others and we will make every possible accommodation to those who can afford less.

I firmly believe in providing honest, caring and professional service to my clients and feel blessed that I can share my time and knowledge with others. My clients come to me with various needs. Some are having problems with their PC and often need immediate technical help. Some are interested in learning about digital photography and would like a tutorial. Some are interested in getting a new computer, printer or a digital camera and request my assistance with their purchase. And some are looking for technology advice or would like to set up a website for their small business. My clients would probably describe me as fairly quiet and calm. I try my best to listen to your needs and help you in any way I can.	My Background I grew up in Bacolod City, Philippines, where most of my family still lives. We're all still very close and thanks to the internet, we stay in touch frequently. I came here in 1992 for college, married my wife Kate in 1998 and settled down in Columbia shortly after. Our daughter Maggie was born in 2003, Anna in 2006 and Carlo in 2009. I absolutely love being a Dad and Maggie, Anna and Carlo continue to bring us countless joys and surprises every day. Prior to starting Percworks, Robin previously served in various capacities at Inktomi and PSINet, handling roles in tech support, web services, MIS, training and consulting. In college, he pursued his interests in communication arts and computers, earning a BS in Computer Science from University of Maryland, Baltimore County and an MS in Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.
